Well while i was home on leave (just got back into iraq 3 days ago)...

i was able to give my car a good detailing and get plenty of time on the road.

I tried to take my car just about everytime we visited family and also on our

trip to dallas on my way back to iraq. It was great. Here are some pics.

LET? lol... they MAKE us detail our vehicles lol. The US Army is like the most anally retentive grandmother you`ve ever had or known Every plate, knickknack, pencil, pen, cloth, everything... has it`s place and orientation in that space, and all other pieces like it in it`s vicinity must be arranged in exactly the same way... to the inch... spotless and perfect. so yes. lol we detail our tanks.

No i haven`t found any products over here... i used all local products... dint have the chance to order stuff online before i found out i was heading home... it was pretty sudden. I used mostly mequire`s but i`m looking forward to using some higher end products.

that was just... Dawn soap wash, clay, light wash, reclay, another light wash (this time hit all the nooks and crannies), hand polish, hand glaze, meguire`s paste wax... and it sucked... it`s rough on and tough off... I`m definitely looking forward to slapping some p21 on there. Oh well tho... did what i could with what i had.

ArmyZ- Glad you were able to decompress a little by doing some detailing. Stay safe over there. And yeah, your service is appreciated.

What I meant is that if you are looking for samples and I have what you are looking for I can send you some to try. many people on this board will exchange products instead of buying a new container w/o knowing if it is going to work for them. maybe some of the other guys would be interested in chipping in and send you some samples as well. most of the products I use are best used with a PC though.
