I have a black 92 BMW convertible with black interior. Yesterday after what I thought was a very good detail job I noticed all kinds of dirt-dust inside my AC vents. This isn`t on the vents themselves but down inside where regular methods won"t reach. The only time I can see this is with the top down and the sun shining direct into the vents. How can I clean this without taking the vents out? A Qtip won`t reach in far enough and I don`t want to remove them as I`m sure I would break them. Thanks in advance.

    vmckague- Welcome to Autopia!

The swabs I use have longer sticks than Q-Tips and reach down in there pretty far. I got `em from Griot`s but I`d bet that you can find a better price elsewhere. If they didn`t reach far enough I`d tape them onto a piece of wire.
