One of the fog light bulbs in my `91 Buick Reatta died, and I`m considering replacements of both fog lights with 1156 LED`s. Has anyone had any experience using LED`s as anything other than tail lights (specifically fog lights)?

Don`t bother, they will not even remotly approach the light you need. They don`t even shine onto the reflector.

I agree w/ Leo. The light output of even a cluster of LEDs doesn`t approach anything like a true incandescent or halogen bulb at all.
