On my 1999 Integra I noticed when I was washing it that near the bottom of the window there is a little clearcoat peel coming,it is only about the size of my pinky nail so its very small. I was afraid that it would spread so I use a little touch up paint to "seal" the edge of where it was peeling. What should I do

I was just looking at it and its very very tiny, I was thinking of possibly getting some touch up clear coat and just useing that for some protection. I will also be doing a wash/clay/polish/sealant/final top wax on it so it should be OK right?
