i was just wondering.. im going to be detailing my mom`s silver 528it... it has swirls up the ***

im ordering some AIO, IP, SG, and some new MFs to line up my arsenal..

would this regiment be solid enough to get some good results.. i have all the time cuz she never drives it....

    -wash

    -clay

    -aio

-ssr series stepping from coats of ssr3 down to ssr2

    -IP if neccesary

    -sg (2-3 coats)

then what?? will the sg hold up as a good sealant or should i still throw on another wax on top?? can i top it off with PB EX???

    thanx for the help guys

There`s no reason to use AIO before the SSRs. And be careful with SSR3...it`s strong stuff. You should try SSR2.5 first and see how that works for you. Then step down to SSR2 if you want (SSR2.5 usually leaves a great finish, and applying a sealant or wax after that step is perfectly fine). Then use AIO, and top with SG.

I haven`t used SG, but I like to top any sealant with a carnauba wax. I prefer Nattys on most cars.

You can try EX w/ carnauba after SG. I don`t see why not. Do it and let us know how it goes.
