Cleaning under a 996 spoiler?

I have not detailed a Porsche with a "pop-up spoiler" before and was wondering what the best way to clean/polish underneath was. Any insight. Any other surprises I might come across? TIA!

I don`t clean under it hardly at all. You can pop it up as there is a switch on the driver side kick pannel near the clutch. After its poped up you can reach under it to clean it.

Thanks jetskie, you`re right but I left for the estimate before I got the response. The owner showed me where it was. There is rubber that should be conditioned and elbows that need a greasin` in there. Paint should probably get AIO and SG or something too.
