    Not sure if these pics are good enough, but the lower portions of my truck have just lost most of their slick, glossy look from having stuff thrown up by the tires. The PC did not really dent the damage much when i tried last fall.











    Will a rotary bring this back to life, or will i need some wetsanding as well.

    Looks like chips in the clearcoat. No rotary will fix that. You might try a clearcleat touch up pen and then a wet sand and buff.

    oh yea there are chips for sure, but the surrounding paint that is there just doesnt have any shine or gloss to it. Its blue but its dull. the rest of the paint is pretty shiny for being 11 years old
