I`ve secured my first contract with a Ferrari dealer and the first 2 cars are scheduled for detailing this week - 360 Modena and 348 TS.

Any tips on Ferrari paint? Soft? Hard?

    Thanks in advance

Andy was reading a thread on the Meguiars forum a few weeks ago, which said the older cars had very soft paint. Might have a few pointers on there?

The 348 you`d definitely have to be careful with the edges ( buttress` etc ) as I came across a few where they`d been polished down to the primer - this was more so on 308/328`s admittedly.

360 paint seemed fairly resilient, but I never used anything much stronger than SRP by hand when I prepped them.

Chances are that both have had some paintwork, the 360 frontal for stonechips etc and the 348 who knows!
