    Have a scratch on side of bumper which took off most of the black paint leaving a blue primer behind and some paint chips. Is there any product that can hide the scratches without fixing the problem by painting the entire bumper.

    Hard to tell without seeing the scratch, but yes it can be done fairly easy.



    Use a 800grit sandpaper and feather out a bit of the paint around the scratch. Using a wooden pic or a sharpened popsicle stick apply touch up paint to the scratch, let dry and apply until paint is abit raised from the rest of the good paint. Use a 1500 grit and wet sand down until the touch up pant is levelled with the rest. Polish area until gloss is uniform.
