I tried a search but couldn`t find anything.

How does Griots Garage Best of Show Wax compare to some of our favorites like Souveran?

Decent product. A little on the tough side to take off.

BOS has very few fans. I have it, don`t like it, far too difficult to remove. Should have returned it for a refund. I think it`s the ONLY product I`ve ever ordered from Griot`s I was displeased with.

    YMMV

This product produces a nice shine. Very deep and warm. Get ready for sore arms though. It is tough to remove ! No Souveran !

I`m another guy who doesn`t like BOS. Not very easy to use, nothing really great looks-wise, and it doesn`t last very long either. Doesn`t have the "self cleaning in the rain" feature that some waxes have either. I gave mine to a young in-law.

Heh heh, no comparison to Souveran, IMO. I like carnaubas, but BOS is something I don`t use, just too many superior products out there.

But I will say that kgb/2001civcex got some nice results with it on a black Honda. But then he would`ve got good results with Turtle Wax since his prep was good

Griots Garage Best of Show wax goes on easy enough, but is extremely difficult to remove. Their catalog boasts about the product as if it is the best wax that money can buy. I`m a fan of most of the Griots products, but IMO BOS wax is the worst product in their whole line.

I`ve only applied it to the hood of my truck and felt that it wasn`t worth the effort required to remove it to apply it to the rest of the vehicle. :down

Best of Show is one of the worst waxes I have ever used. It is difficult to remove and has a horrible look in my opinion. I like Griot`s but his waxes are crap.

I say `why bother?` There are so many vastly superior products as Accumulator notes.

I used to use it and liked the shine but I hated taking it off. It is hard.

Heh heh, I didn`t catch how that would sound Actually, the young in-law (wife`s niece`s son) is a cool kid and it wasn`t like I was giving him a PIA wax to mess with him.
