I am looking to know the same thing. We just got a JENN-AIR grilles and I want to keep it spot free. I was thinking rejex.

for what it is worth, go to Sam`s, Costco, or any restaurant supply store. You can get a spray type stainless protectant. It works well on my grill. Problem with tradtional products is that the grill gets rather warm. Otherwise, I would definitely use something from the arsenal!
On stainless (first of all its a VERY resiliant metal), but any heat-resistant sealant should work. EX-P, Klasse Twins, and in particular, Wheel Wax will work. I would reccomend Wheel Wax, as its designed for high temperatures, but the others should work.
