    Would the color shown in the pic (Lemans Blue Metallic) Considered a dark color or a light color?

    LBM looks like kind of a dark blue to me.

    looks to me like more of a dark color, kind of reminds me of the color of the megs nxt bottles (translucent blue/purple).

    Many colors of blue just don`t fit in traditional dark or light catagories. I would call that car medium blue before I called it dark or light.
    A day without a scrub busting my chops is like a day w/o sunshine. :grinno:

    I would consider it a dark color. It will show swirls and scratches more so then lighter color like silver. My car is about the same color just a little darker though.

    Here is my car....







    I consider it to be dark because it pretty much share all the characteristics of dark colored cars. Easily shows swirls, defects, high reflection clarity. The M you show is about the same color as my car.

    I would say dark blue to.

    It`s neither, of course, but for detailing purposes it`s DARK blue.

    It leans towards dark....I`ve had someone, look at my car and say "wow, that`s a nice light dark blue".

    whats a good combo for that color?



    im thinking Clay, AIO, Souveran, am i missing something else in between?

    That would work, or you could use a sealant in between AIO and Souveran.

    Either way that color is going to look awesome afterward.

    i thought AIO was a sealant? Or did you mean a glaze?
