You can currently get a PC 7336 (same as the 7424) at Lowes for about $99.00. Then look at this thread and you can get a set of seven pads and a backing plate for about $60:

The 4â€Â� pads TOL offer in the kit are Cyclo pads which are OK, but I like the 4â€Â� LC or Sonus pads much better:
