Why you may want to try the Autoglym duo, Super Resin Polish (SRP) and Extra Gloss Protection (EGP)!

This Jag XJ150 was in a terrible state - scratches, swirling, scoured surface. Several days of Menzerna duo and several pads later, the surface was excellent.

How it looked before restoration and testing of polishes before deciding on Menzerna.

The strip in the middle was where the tape was, showing the original condition. The guard at the bottom is likewise original.

After restoration, and 2x Autoglym SRP, and 2x EGP (24 hrs between applications).

    I highly recommend them.

On the red XJ120 I detailed, after restoring with IP/FP, I used Mothers Sealer and Glaze topped with S100. S&G is a much under-used and under-rated product, IMHO. It`s similar to Megs #7, but easier to use, creates a better cosmetic effect (IMO), and is layerable.

Here`s a post I made recently on the Mothers WaxForum with some pictures of the XJ120. Love that car! Seeexxxyyy!

I`ve been wanting to try them, very nice. About polishing, You did this with menzerna IP and FPII?

Yep! By the end I realised I should`ve used a more aggressive polish...but...you learn!

When you said menzerna twins I was wondering if you heard about their power gloss, that sure looked like a job for that. But you did a great job anyhow!

Autoglym polishes are very high quality and comperable if not superior to anything on the market. Autoglym compounds and polishes are also marketed under the "Norton" brand name in North America.
