Well, I looked and looked and I didn`t see anything about how to corectly detail this paint.

Organasol was used by Chrysler to paint stripes on muscle cars back in the 60`s.

I have a 1969 Roadrunner with blue paint and two flat black hood stripes.

How do I polish and wax the hood without getting the polish and wax on the stripes? They are completely flat black and the last time I tried, it took forever to get a uniform color back becuase no matter how careful I was, some wax would get on the stripes.

    Thanks.

Use blue painters masking tape. The tape will be easy to remove, unlike regular masking tape. The best brand by far is 3M, not all tapes are created equal, so do yourself a favor and find a store that carries 3M.
