    Hello everybody,

I am new to the detailing world. I just recently started to care for my own vehicle a 1997 Honda Accord after years of taking it to the car wash I have found that no one else is going to care more for your car than you.I have just purchased a pc and products and plan to use them this weekend,But I need some tips on the proper procedures to take care of some low to moderate swirls on my finish. I have learned alot through these forums and would like to get some last minute advice. These are my ideas and products at hand your help is appreciated.

    Wash and dry car

1.)Clay car with Sonus clay bar

2.)Remove old wax with Pinnacle cleansing lotion

3.)Remove swirls by pc using Pinnacle SMR with orange LC pad

4.)Apply Klasse AIO with white LC pad

5.)Top with liquid Pinnacle Soveraugn by hand

I would like to know if I am on the right foot here if not please advise

    Thanks,

    Ben

All your steps are in the correct order, but why are you topping aio w/ a pure canauaba and not Klasse Sealant Glaze? Thats the only think i see that you could improve upon, as the SG would last for many months, but maybe its a garage queen? Make sure you use high quality MF`s to remove the products after each step. Other than that, your steps are good.
NO! I won`t do your car next.

i don`t think HGSG can match the look a very wet caranuba. but you could use it and then top it off with a caranuba wax.

also claying will remove your old wax. just curious, why don`t you go pinnacle SMR, pinnacle paint cleanser, then pinnacle liquid souveran? well, in my opinion, i think you could use either AIO or the paint cleanser after the SMR.
