Cadillac Red Line Paint

What can you guys tell me about this paint? Is it worth the premium price? I understand it`s a 3-stage, with a pearlescent layer between the base and the clear--is that correct? So what exactly is the look?

I had a 96 Caddy ETC in Crimson Pearl. It was their 3-stage red at the time. I believe the RedLine would just be lighter or darker, but the same idea.



Expect a lot of flake. With a 3 stage red, expect a lot of depth and the color to really shine amazingly in the sun.



I love 3 stage colors (more life to them), but they cost more to repaint.
