Basically, due to the buffer monkeys at a bodyshop awhile back, the hood and front fenders were all swirled to hell. Now, I`ve managed to get some of the lighter stuff out with Scratch-X and SMR, but the hood still looks, well, kinda bad.

Am I looking at my first run with DACP? Any other suggestions without actually seeing what I`m talking about firsthand?

Got a PC? Sounds like you need one. If so, then yeah, see how the DACP fares
Treat it like it`s the only one in the world.

Polaris- There are a few good options besides DACP.

    3M PI-III RC (05933) followed by PI-III MG (05937) -OR-

1Z Ultra, followed by 1Z Paint Polish, maybe followed by 1Z Metallic Polish

And of course there`s Menzerna. I sorta like their Final Polish for a, well, final polish on some vehicles.

I`ve used those with good results. No knocking DACP, plenty of people are happy with it (and Mike Phillips has done a *lot* of C5s with it), but I prefer the 3M and 1z stuff.

Aqua- Gee, I can`t reall say. I haven`t used Fast Cut, only *Fine* cut. I will say that *I* wouldn`t like to use anything stronger than 1Z UP without a rotary. It`s about as aggressive as I like to use by hand or PC. But plenty of other people use much stronger stuff...just note that those kind of products are designed for use with a rotary, and it makes a difference (the heat breaks the products down properly).
