I was going to use Dawn to get good and rid of old wax...then clay...then a normal car wash........is that good enough prep for AIO/SG or do I need an in between step there...this is on a 3 month old black 350z with paint that I assume is in good shape ...although it`s hard to tell through all that winter crud

    thanks

Skip dawn. Everything else is fine.

Your car probably doesn`t have wax on it, and even if it did, the AIO will take it off better than Dawn. On new paint, you could actually just clay and SG. But I think that your technique, minus the Dawn (but still a wash before, duh) would be great.

You might want to get a clear bra for that thing, as it`s low and Nissan paint will chip easily.

Also, the bra will keep the nose of the car from sagging!
