I`ve been using griots products for several years with great success. But having just found this site I see many different products I would like to try.

Can anyone tell me if NXT, Klasse, Zaino or even Wolfgangs products can be topped with griots best of show. I have a large supply of griots products packed in my garage and would rather use them up first before buying new stuff, if they don`t play well with others. this will be used on a 04 white metallic lexus 330 & a 04 silver metallic tahoe

sorry about the long first post

tahoe04- Welcome to Autopia, hey, that`s not a long first post by our standards

Of the three sealants you mentioned, the only one I`ve used is Klasse. The BOS won`t hurt it any, but *I* don`t think it will improve the look, either. In fact, I think it will degrade the appearance. I`m a pretty big fan of some of Griot`s products, but their polishes and waxes are NOT favorites of mine. In my case, I gave my BOS to a teenaged relative.

We have a lot of light colored vehicles, and BOS...well, you can do a LOT better. Heh heh, you`ll see when you try one of those sealants. That BOS will be like a $20 bill gathering dust on the shelf. Wonder what the shipping would be to return it to Griot`s for a credit?

Topping the K twins can get you an extra "something", but to really make it worthwhile you need to use the right carnauba. If you ever try Meg`s #16 as a Klasse topper (especially on light colors!) you`ll be astounded that it costs so much less than BOS.

Quote: which one can I top with griots BOS wax

    ~One man’s opinion / observations ~

A differing opinion, I’ve used their Best of Show on both Klasse and Zanio with great results.

Actually what I did with the Zanio was 1 layer of Griot’s Carnauba paste wax + I layer of BOS great result (for me anyway)

I would add that I start the Zanio system off with an application of P21S Paintwork Cleaner then Zanio Z7, then Z5 etc, I’ve also ‘finished with a layer of P21S Wax with a comparable ‘ finish look’ to the BOS

    ~Hope this helps~
