Those figures are alot lower than I`d expect - but I suppose when you see the state of some vehicles that are on our roads here in the UK, it`s hardly surprising!

They obviously didn`t survey any UK Autopians!

    Eh?

    Surveys - don`t you just love `em?

I`m more surprised by the comment about younger drivers - if anything, I`d have thought that this would be the area where people were more conscious of keeping their car clean - any cruisers out there care to comment?

I also notice that majority of the British cars have tonnes of swirls.

These surveys that the BBC and indeed other agencies carryout astound me. I say that because i have never been aware that they were been carried out and neither has anyone that i know.

The results do surprise me in some ways for example the results of how many times youngsters wash and wax. Well, i remember that once a week without fail i would get the bucket and sponge out and every other week i would get the Autoglym out lol.

What i would like to know is how many people participated in the survey....

    Cheers

LOL nice one. One things right, men spend more time on the outside than the inside!
