Haven`t posted in quite a while but definitely felt like I had to after a good experience with UPP.

Finally got the snow tires off of the Porsche last week and had some decent weather this weekend to de-winterize the car. I have been using Zaino for about 3 years on my cars and Klasse twins on my wife`s car.

I had UPC and UPP on my shelf and decided to give it a whirl on my seal grey 996 C2. Washed with Z7, clay, Menzerna FP, UPC, and UPP (one coat only). I was very impressed with silky slick smooth feeling of the paint under a MF. UPP seems to me to have more of a deep wet look than I recall with Zaino. Very reflective as well. :up Can`t wait to get 2 more coats of UPP based on other`s experience in this forum.

I know this thread is worthless without pics.. I will post pics later. I`ll see if I can track down my Z pics and compare with the UPP pics.

Also just placed an order for WG for use on my wife`s car for the weekend!

Look forward to seeing the pics. Seal grey is one of my favorite colors on a Porche.

Can`t wait for the before/after also. I am an avid Klasse/UPP user, and really like it for its slickness and glow.

How do you keep your neighbors out of your driveway? Those pics make me sad that I didn`t order the On Sale UPP today...

I just bought some UPP yesterday. I`m looking forward to giving it a shot on the wife`s Saturn. I`m really curious to see how it looks on a dark metallic.

    adjulian,

I`m a little confused. In your last two posts you said the car has UPC on it, not UPP. Why is everyone assuming that the porsche has UPP??

In the pics, does the car have any UPP on it?

    Thanks.

I must be the only one in the world that had a bad experience with UPP. It streaked a lot. Oh well, the Porsche looks great and that`s all that matters. Good work!!

Greg, that was an early version of UPP that I also have. It was difficult to remove

The current one is supposed to be as easy as the most popular products around.
