How many of you cut the stitched borders on all 4 sides of your towels? Do you think it`s a good idea?

I think doing that may result in the towel falling apart.
Yup...Get the Viking Edgeless towels or I heard Patrick will have some shortly...
Patrick...Any updates on the edgeless towels?
Thanks,
Chris
You don`t need to cut the edges as long as they don`t use scratchy polyester thread. I haven`t seen the latest edgless ones but the last ones I saw where polyester MF cut with hot knives or lasers which fused the edges. It scared me a bit since melted poly can be quite hard. Maybe the newest ones use a different process I am unaware of?
The VIKING Edgeless Polishing Cloth edges are not heat sealed, but cut. The patented weave allows for the edge to be cut and not unravel.

Oh OK I know what your talking about, we used to weave silk for neckwear this way so that the goods didn`t fray. I was assuming it was a different process.
I cut the borde off all of mine. They fray a lot less than I would have thought. Mine are Pakshak, Autopia, MF Tech, and Majic towel.
I just received an order of the borderless Viking towels from Autopia and these are just what I`ve been wanting. I haven`t used them much yet but so far so good.

VIKING...
Are you an official from Viking??? I`m very happy to see more company reps if you are...
I`m also liking the new edgeless towels...
By the way, if you guys want to cut edges on anything always use pinking sheers, the ragged edge is designed to prevent fraying.
