Thanks for the welcome!
Yes, I`ve begun experimenting and the results so far have been great. However, I feel I could get even better results and look forward to trying out Klasse AIO and SG. Meguiars NXT does give good results though!
As a novice to serious detailing I look forward to reading through the info on this forum for any advice. (Learn from others experience).
Thanks for the help everyone.
The PC has shipped - not looking forward to the customs charge... (The limit by the way is £18, not £30... £30 is if the item is a gift - sent direct to the recipient. £250 is the limit that you can bring in personally when travelling)
Looking forward to trying the PC out. Once C&E have cleared it
It arrived today!
I`m stunned - Ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday! If only UK companies were as fast...
Audidriver, look at the shipping declaration and you might see why you have no customs charge...
Thanks Autopia - THAT was a very pleasant suprise as well
Got the new SFX pads as well, so I`m well set to go.
Mark,
I`ll have to wait until when I receive my next order as I seem to have mislaid my shipping declaration! I`ll make sure I look more carefully next time! I had only an extra day to wait since the post office takes a little longer to get to us here in bonny Scotland. Happy polishing!!
Hi,
would this be okay to run the pc from??

What other bit`s should I order to get my PC running.
thanx

Oh man, can`t believe this thread is still going on...that unit looks very solid and professional. Hopefully it`s suitable for use with PC7424. Happy polishing!
That transformer will do just fine. You`ll have to chop off your PC 2-pin plug and replace it with a UK 110v plug (also available from Screwfix). An extension lead to go between the tranny and PC is also a good idea.
My name`s Craig...
...and I`m addicted to detailing!
A PC, transformer, extension lead and UK type plug would be an ideal candidate for a â€Ëœstickyâ€â„¢ or FAQ
