What does everyone do to get that cord out of the way, without putting it over your shoulder. No matter where i put it eventualy i will hear a clunk on the car from the stupid cord falling on it.

Well I notice in the Meguiars video that David B put up, our man from Meguiars seems to use a carabiner or similar on his belt/ apron strings. Must watch that again to check!

I have noticed this as well. I am considering cutting the cord off right at the unit and putting plugs on. That way, I can run the cord up my back and out a sleeve hole. By putting the plugs in, I can thread the cord more easily.

It seems like a good idea, exept for the cord having to go up your sleeve. This eventualy will bother the h--l out of you, especialy after detailing a couple of cars, let alone the pain it would be to thread the cord through your shirt.

You can pick up a sleeve for the cord at properautocare.com. You could also try just clipping it to your shirt, as having the cord run down your sleeve could get really anoying. I`ve tried clipping the cord to my belt - it works for most situations.
