I`m guessing that can`t be fixed though, can it?

116K and 12+ years on the thin factory paint? Yeah, I`d say it`s seen it`s best days. Save those nickels and dimes.
There are only three things you need to know about me. Gloss, Gloss, GLOSS!!

12+ years? No, it`s only on 5+.. this is a `98. My `91 has since been retired.

edit: I should add though, that the right fender was replaced due to an accident prior to my ownership. It`s not cool when you can TELL it was replaced by looking. And the front bumper was repainted as well. The clearcoat is starting to come off of it in certain places.

While "fixed" would require a repaint, you can make the chips

less visible temporarily by using (here goes...about to suggest a

rather cheesy product....here comes the ridicule...) Turtle Wax

    Color Cure.

My car has some body color painted lower panels that get `rashed`

with zillions of tiny pits and I use that product down there.

    regards

Their are people out there that will air brush chips and scratches. They are used alot at used car lots. Ive seen some of their work and its pretty good . Check at car dealers that sell a lot of used cars. Its a lot cheaper
