I`ve got 3 scratches around 1-2 inches long that I have yet to touch up. If I don`t plan to *touch up* until the spring, will it be okay. I`m planning on prepping the car for winter this weekend, with a full detail and 2-3 coats of Klasse SG.

I would not count on it. A couple of car washes and the protection will be gone. Why not just slap on some paint to protect the metal for now, then do a better looking job when spring arrives? Even still, my guess is any rust can be sanded off or removed with a rust remover product. Shouldn`t be a big deal.
There are only three things you need to know about me. Gloss, Gloss, GLOSS!!

Yeah, you don`t want to find that it`s getting worse in the middle of winter. For a quick, easy, temporary(?) fix, *I* would treat the scratches with a rust converter (paint it on as if it were touchup paint) and THEN seal it with the AIO/SG. I`ve had this last for years when I never got around to topcoating it with "real" paint.
