Would you guys advise using a solution of APC+ with the little Bissell? Would this do a good job of cleaning the carpet?

Yup .. just watch the foaming tho.

I prefer to use the Bissell just to vacuum up the solution after ive sprayed it on direct and scrubbed.

What would I use to scrub though? Can you guys post a link of a brush that would scrub the carpet well without messing it up?

If APC+ foams up a lot, like Smoker suggested and you still want to use it, you might want to think about buying a bottle of defoamer at Home Depot or any place that rents out rug machines. The extra cost of this might offset any savings you make by using APC+ instead of another product though.

Apparently Folex does not need a defoamer. :up
