Was walking around the tool department at Sears and came across a few of their creeper seats. Had one for $20.00 that looks like it would be nice for polishing/waxing lower panels, fenders, etc.

Anyone use one of these? I just may have to add it to my Spring shopping list!:p

I got one at Harbor Freight for $8.99 looks just like a Griot`s stool, except it doesn`t say Griots! :p

It`s a great backsaver, especially during those marathon sessions of applying AIO and SG!

A "creeper seat" of some sort is a very handy tool.

Mine gets used the most when cleaning tires, wheels and wheelwells.:up

I`ve already added it to my list. The practicality and cost will most likely move it to near the top of the list. I thought it was funny how I was just one of several guys at Sears who was roaming around with a dazed look on his face--like a kid in a candy store.

I once worked for Warren Buffet--if I had his money--I would buy Sears and put a bar in every hardware department. Could you ask for more??:xyxthumbs

I use a skateboard to sit on when doing wheels. Keeps my butt off the ground.

I bought a creeper/chair combo for $20 and they`re very high quality. I don`t remember where I got it so... I love using the chair when detailing cars. Saves a lot of unused energy.

I`ve got one. If you`re over 40 they`re worth having... Know what I mean?

What a good idea! No more squatting, kneeling on, one- or both knees, ...

    Aloha!

I got one at WalMart the other day for $25.

Adjustable height, tray on the bottom, 5 wheels. Like was said, for a guy over 40, and I`m almost 60, it`s really great for the knees.....and all the other stiff parts of me! Great investment.

Absolutely! Buy it. I use mine when I do brake work as well. Of course a brake job takes me 6 hours because I have to clean everything while I`m in there. The wheels are off I might as well clean the inside if the rims..... wheel wells....lube job...remove all the grease from suspension...OCD OCD OCD........
