I have read the archives on the layer/don`t layer P21S debate, but the discussions never really cleared it up for me.

I did the Klasse AIO/SG and have one layer of P21S.

Is it worthwhile to do a few coats of P21S?

Has anyone seen a shine difference between 1 and more than one layer of P21S?

I added two layers on trunk and hood. No noticable difference IMO as far as look is concerned.

I used it as a topper on Klasse AIO and HGSG.

With S100, I applied two coats, primarily to be sure I hadn`t missed any places. It was over two coats of AIO, and I don`t think two coats looked any different than the one coat, (which looked pretty darn good.)

It seems to layer for me. Two or more layers (spread out over a week or so) seem to have a deeper and richer gloss, while maintaining the extemely reflectivity P21S/S100 is known for. I`ve got 5 layers on my car right now.

is allowing ample time for each layer to completely cure. Scottwax`s advice is excellent.

I just allow each layer to cure at least 24-36 hours. Fantastic stuff:bounce

When layering carnubas you are not really increasing durability but more like reapplying. I agree that shine might increase due to an increase of oils in the system. Experiment and do what works best for you, but you probably are not adding much durability, so if you don`t see much difference in shine, I would space my coats out about 2 weeks apart or so...........
