Is there a schotch guard for leather?

Is ther anything I can apply to my brand new leather seats to make them more stain resistant?

Should I apply a conditioner to them? Thanks

A lot of the leather seats in new cars have a coating on them already, in which case just use something like 303 for UV protection.
