I want to put a coat of wax on the sled and was wondering if I could use any car wax product. I know that there wouldn`t be a problem with the metal parts, but it`s the hood I`m wondering about.

    Any thoughts would be great.

I would be fine!! I imagine that using a sealant like klasse, zaino would be very durable (several months worth) and for a carnauba wax collinite waxex are great and durable too!!

The Collinite Jet Ski Wax is the same product as 845 Insulator & 925 Fiberglass boat wax. I only mention that because they are easier to find.
