I got this black dot on my car hood, kinda looks like a drop of something.

How do I get rid of it? I tried polishing with that p21s stuff and it did not take it out.

    thanks

I assume you`re talking about the black spot?? Is it something you can feel with your fingernail or is it actually "in the paint"?? Its possible you may have a paint defect which is uncorrectable. But without a better explanation as to what type of problem this is, I can`t make any definite recommendations/suggestions.

It looks like sap but it is not sticky and it is very thin, do I just need to get a better polish? The p21s is kinda weak. should I try a tar remover?

    thanks

LMAO!!! I hit "reload" a few times until I finally realized that weird blue background pic is what we`re supposed to see! :p

Can you feel the edges with your fingernail? If it is sap, the P21S polish might not do much to it, and is totally the wrong product anyway. You`d need a tar remover (or some solvent).

Could it be a stain from something that`s fallen on the car, like paint, ink, some toxic chemical, etc?
