Currently I have 2 coats of AIO and on top of that 4 coats of Platinum Paint Protection. Then one day I got a long scratch on the rear quarter panel. So I used Meguiars Scratch X to remove it and it did a good job on it. The scratch is less visible. Then I AIOed and PPPed the section and let it cure for 24 hours. The area where the scratch was still looks dull or doesn`t have a dark wet look. Should I just apply more Platinum or AIO again then PP?

It could be light haze left from the Scratch-X`s abrasives... Maybe try a swirl remover over it?

Yes, the AIO should clean off the #9 oils enough to allow PPPing(....?)

GNs are nice cars by the way - make sure you take care of that future classic.
