Hey, I need your guys help. I am trying to find something to remove scratches and Swirl Marks with. My cars have decent scratches. They are not fine scratches or very deep scratches. They are regular scratches I need to remove them. What is the BEST product on the market to remove Scratches?

Also, I have Swirl Marks. I need to remove them also. What is the BEST product to remove those with?

Would these products work best if used by hand or PC? Please give recommendations on the best products and techniques to use. Thanks.

I like 3m fine cut rubbing compound- also sold as 3m scratch remover- ( I think they are the same product in two different bottles- the rear label says the same thing).

I have good luck using the 3m fcrc with the pc using the pc sanding pad with a thin cheap fake wool bonnet on it. I use it on full speed- be aware though that the bonnet might sling off if you let it free run without the pad touching anything..

I got out some mean skuffs from my bumper with that rig.

Then follow up with a milder polish like smr on the foam pad ....

I had the same issue as you did. I used 3M products: (1) the 3M rubbing Compound (I can`t remember of hand the exact name, but, its reference number is 39002 and can be applied by hand) is good for the scratches, (2) follow with 3M swirl remover. Then apply your choice of wax and you should solve the scratch, otherwise, you probably need to use a machine/prof help.
