hey im thinking about getting a PC but theres one thing stopping me. is it really loud? i live around a bunch of old people and i dont think they will be very happy if theres a guy waxing his car with a loud pc all day

I`d say its pretty loud, but not loud enough to bother neighbors that much. If you have a garage then its no problem.
