My tail lights , which are plastic, are a bit dull and need some attentoin to restore the shine and gloss.

should i clean them with a mild abrasive first, or use a polish?

I just got the Zaino plastic polsh, is the polish alone enough or should they be preped first?

    Thanks

Unless the plastic is REALLY bad, the Zaino plastic polish should do the trick.

The other option is Meguiar`s Clear Plastic polish.

I used it on my headlights and it was awesome!

Look up fox body mustang forums and see what they do. Fox body Mustang headlights are really bad, they get really hazy and require massive polishing.
