Finally tried ZFX for the first time today...

I wasn`t really expecting anything other than two coats back-to-back. However, several things are different as far as my past experience with Zaino goes. The car I was experimenting on was the Corvette, and it already had several coats of Z5 (6 or so).



1. When it went on it seemed to streak more than I have seen before. But after it was ready to remove this turned out to be a non-issue.



2. It removed easier than usual. May have been the weather, but I think it was the ZFX. Zaino removes easy enough but this just wiped right off with no streaks at all. I`ve had to buff it after removing with a ultra-suede towel in the past to get the same effect.



3. The finish after the two new coats is noticeably different than I`ve seen before. Subtle but definitely different. I guess if you pressed me I would say it has more depth. I like it.

are you using the new improved Z2 as well? If not you have more improvments to try out!

Didn`t know they changed it. I just bought some more Z5. I still have 2-1/2 bottles of Z2. The old stuff I guess. What did they change?

Check the archives for info on the product. Sal didn`t make a formal release of it, but people noticed the difference!
