    Update! So I was browsing YouTube videos for pine sap and cloth, a bunch of people recommended and demonstrated clear hand sanitizer. I guess the reasoning behind it is that alcohol evaporates too quickly, so a suspension of it will sit and work on breaking down the sap. Applied it liberally and worked with a tooth brush gently. Then I cleaned the top with Ragg Top. It definitely took a hit, I’ll try another pass soon to get what’s left, but the sap is no longer tacky and gooped on.

    Haha, I bought a pole saw and took down all the branches over the driveway. But definitely avoid trees. The battery had died in the car and I had to roll it out of the garage to access it. Turns out in the half-hour or so that it was in the driveway, sap must have dropped on it.
