    Iron/Fallout Remover Advice needed

    Hello Everyone,

So I`m planning to buy some Iron/Fallout remover. I understand all the brands out there have a very strong smell. I live in an apartment - and store my stuff in a closet, and I`m concerned with the smell from the bottle once the seal is opened and I start using it. Any tips/ideas on how to stop the smell? Thanks!

During the months where I keep my iron remover in the house, I flush the sprayer out with water, put the shipping (non spray) cap back on the bottle, then store the whole thing in a gallon size freezer ziplock bag.

For iron removers, I’ve been liking the Griots iron and fallout remover. It’s a little less stinky then iron x but has worked just as well for me.

Adam`s Polishes iron remover actually has a decent smell. It is not as `powerful` as some of the other offerings, so it may take multiple applications, but you won`t mind the smell!

I used the GTechniq W6 200ml. in that small size I was able to use the whole bottle on a sedan. No storage problems.
The wheels I used PA Mint+ That smelled much better, stored in an air tight plastic box. so far so good, unless I open that box.
