In the movie, a guy says "It`s Chinatown, Jake.." to the protagonist (that`d be "Jake"), who had made incorrect assumptions about something he didn`t really understand. Jake didn`t know what was really going on in Chinatown because he wasn`t a member of that community; we don`t really know what goes on with stuff we see on the internet, so it pays to apply a properly scientific degree of skepticism.
