    And IME aftermarket tint can be *VERY* fragile..both with regard to abrasion and with chemicals. Zep40 will utterly destroy some Window Tint Films (ask how I know ) and Magic Erasers, even the "gentle" ones, have damaged (test) surfaces that I`d consider at least as tough as aftermarket Tint...even very soft *cotton* can damage some of them just as it does autopaint and other surfaces; cotton is a lot softer than any Magic Eraser
    Accum...that`s why I like the 3M. It specifically states that it is safe for window tint and I`ve never had an issue at all using it.

    Yeah, I remember how a while back it was tricky to find something OK on aftermarket tint....and once you find a Glass Cleaner (or, in my case, three-four of `em) that you like you`d might as well stick with it.

    Heh heh...maybe it sounds nutty that I have a selection of different Glass Cleaners for different applications, but I`ll note that I don`t find glass to be challenging either
