    Looking for a Poorboys A & M alternative

I tried Poorboys A and M and it works great but the blue doesn`t wash out of my towels. Any alternatives that don`t stain towels?

    Thanks,

    Ernie

I think it`s their aluminum & metal polish.

Metal polishing is always tough on towels; I try to use something I can throw out, like an old rag or Stokdgs turned me on to Webril wipes.

Don`t listen to me, however, I don`t do a lot of metal polishing, in this context. I used to use the old Poorboy`s Pro Polish, now I use the Optimum metal polish, which is also blue, I really don`t know if that stains towels because I don`t think I`ve used it with anything I didn`t throw out after.

Mothers has a good metal polish that has been around forever and Menzerma Metal Polish works good for me. Skip the Britemax stuff, really awful.

If you’re polishing metal and aluminum I really don’t think you will get away from dirtying the towels. Can’t help it. It isn’t the polish. It is the oxidation from the material your cleaning

After using it the towels are dirty, with tarnish and blue from the product. The tarnish washed out and I was left with a blue towel.
