Top of the Line Detailing Supply Going Out of Business

I just got off the phone with Paula at Top of the Line Supply and asked about their going out of business. They have been a staple and one of the first internet sellers of detailing supplies and equipment in the past. The current owner has advanced ALS and can no longer operate the business. Paula stated they will probably close by the end of this month, so if you are looking for detailing supplies at close-out prices, you may want to check out their web site, albeit with a limited inventory.(sorry no link due to forum rules).
She all stated that they would be having an auction on left-over inventory at the home office in Bonanza, Arkansas and that date has yet to be determined, so some of you in that area of the country may want to take that in.
Sorry to see this detailing supply company go.

    Note to forum administrators:
If this thread conflicts with forum rules and business practices, please remove it. I have no connections to Top of the Line, nor am I receiving any compensation from them in any way. My intent is to inform my fellow Autopians of a good deal on detailing supplies.

Wow, really sorry to see them go. They had some products you couldn’t get any where else.

Oh gee, so sorry to see this

Irene was one of the first big vendors I did business with and she/TOL definitely helped up my game.

Sorry to hear that. I got my first boar`s hair brush from TOL and their tire/rubber cleaner was my go-to cleaner for really bad rubber. They are/were a great company.

Same here! And Irene was a good sport about it when their BHB supplier could/would no longer provide something of suitable quality. ZERO attitude at all about the return, which is more than I can say about some other places.

Oh man, the stuff I bought from them over the years...

That`s a shame - sorry to hear it. I used to buy a very specific product from them, can`t recall what it was

Yeah, the shipping became an issue for many what with the competition often being a lot cheaper.

Accumulator, you were the inspiration for me getting the BHB. I was reading about how you used yours and thought it sounded like the answer for minimizing swirls so I sprung for the brush. I still have it and treat it like gold. You`re probably blushing a bit, bit thanks again for your great ideas,

JohnZ34Mc- Heh heh, I`m not the sort to blush over accolades But I *AM* indeed glad that it`s worked out so well for you.

Remember to CD-test it now and then lest the bristletips wear down without your noticing. They last a long time, but not forever.

And since we`re off-topic anyhow, I still think (BHBs for Wheels excepted) the ones from Universal Brush are the safest choice, but I haven`t done a comparison since that last one years ago.

Re: Top of the Line Detailing Supply Going Out of Business

Welp my small order was $19.10 shipping, so it wasn`t much better than a good sale + free shipping on PBMG or DI. At least for my order, which was 3 liquids and a sealant.
