CSL is great on both of those substrates!

Instructions for CSL say to not expose the car to the elements for 12 hours.
What would happen if you take it out sooner?
Can it cure sooner than 12 hours with UV?

Of course it doesn`t hurt that the car was painted w House of Kolor urethane. It`s $300 a gallon for a reason.

Iam a big fan of CSL. For a single coat application it offers great protection, ease of application and pretty good slickness. I just tested out CSL Exo V3 combo and the gloss hydrophobics and slickness definitely increased.

I have also tried c1 and c1 topped with EXO. For paint I really like the CSL and CSL Exo V3 combo.

    Ok, next question..........

    Where in SWFL ?
Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!

Re: Gtechniq, more than a little confused

About a year ago, at the time of installing an Xpel paint protection film on a CX5 installer introduced me to the GT products by installing CSL. Since then i have seen the value in their products in keeping this daily driver in pristine conditions. Since, I`ve used the C4 on trim and C5 on rims...as stated...products are easy to use and produce great results (follow the prep directions though) just last week (after a year) i topped off car with their new v3 of Exo...holly bat man, what great results. Have also applied this combo on a new Miata with great results as well. To treat with all their products could get pricey yet its what I`m to spend for good results. My only worry is on the maintenance of these coatings...i get confused on what their QD and C2 or similar Quick detailers does? I`ve read if you use these products then you have the protection and properties of QD/C2 product on top and not the EXO...yet i need a product that will not undermine the EXO but maintain or enhance it when you just want to remove some light dust or fingerprints etc...when a wash isn`t necessary warranted? Then i also worry, that unless i use the GT wash, any other soap will undetmine the properties of the CSL/EXO....maybe I`m overthinking it but would love feedback Andy...thanks

Can the C1 be used over protective film?
