    To Opti-Gloss Coat or not?

Poll: Doing my personal weekend/nice weather only car right now. Usual LSP is HD Poxy or Nuba topped with WG 2.0. Car is spray waxed after every wash and love to use Wet Glaze 2.0 before a show or cruise. Should I stick with Poxy and WG 2.0 or go Opti Gloss Coat? The wheels are already coated.

    Started correction today.

Do you prefer driving the car or fussing over it in the garage?

I drive it around 2k miles a year, mostly due to weather and road conditions.

The car was bought with 1800 miles on it, all the swirls and towel scratches were installed before I bought the vehicle. I used Poxy, WG and D156 to get me through a few months before I put it away for the winter. Forgot to mention that in first post.

OGC on black matte will make them have a low sheen correct?

for a basic garage queen, i`d stay with a sealant/wax combo. hard to beat the look of BLACKFIRE Wet-Ice Over Fire Combo

Wouldn`t own a car I didn`t coat. Why spend all that time correcting the finish and not give it the best protection possible?

At 2k miles a year average on that GT500, I`d stick with a sealant/wax combo too. When you`re planning on taking it out I`d give the car a quick wipe down with a Waterless Wash, then apply a fresh coat of Midnight Sun. Then be sure to print out a few "DO NOT TOUCH" signs to display on the car, because the paint will be buttery slick.

I am more concerned about the look of the paint. The car is always protected with layers of glaze, nuba, spray wax and wiped downed with a rinseless with wax.
