Repair small tear in leather. How to?

I have this small tear in my seat. This surface is simulated leather, because I think only the seating surfaces are real leather. The tear doesn`t bother me as much as the thought that I`m going to catch it with something and make it worse. Anyone have experience with this? I`m not looking for a fancy leather repair kit with texturing templates etc, just a way to "fix" it. Thanks.

Don`t remember where it is, but somewhere around here, Todd did a leather repair. SO you may want to look for it.

Sorry, I hate it when someone says search, but my mind is going nuts right now

IMO I would let someone that knows how to do this. I have a local guy that works with the dealerships on leather and vinyl repairs. Most all dealerships will have a go to person for this service. contact them and ask who they are using

That`s my take because anytime I`ve attempted something like this the results where never what I wanted

Thanks for that Ron but that`s the kind of thing I didn`t want to get involved in. I just want to "glue it shut" with something flexible, but having searched for a while, I`m leaning towards Beemerboy`s advice, and find a pro.
