Griots Lint free polypropylene wipes quesitons

I`m interested in applying coatings to my daily driver, maybe opti-coat and/or opti-lens, opti-glass



Looking at these wipes - Lint Free Towels, 150 Count - Griot`s Garage

Maybe stupid questions --



Can these wipes be used for IPA wipedown?



Also, can they be used to safely level any high spots after applying optimum coatings? or would a microfiber towel be significantly better?



Just thinking it would be less likely to have any cross-contamination issues, although I could just invest in some new towels, I think I can make a lot of good uses for the disposable wipes



How should the wipes be disposed of? are the Griot`s towels a good price or are there similar competing products at better prices?

I use those, but only for cleaning glass (for which I consider them perfect, at least for the final passes). I myself don`t think I`d want to rub paint with them, though they do seem "probably soft enough". Note that they don`t *stay* perfectly lint-free if you reused them extensively. I just throw them in the trash when I`m finished with them.

I noticed with opti-seal any high spots came of easily with a very gentle wipe (with MF towel). I`not sure how the above coatings will behave, if i level any high spots within the first few minutes

Just like polishing pads towels have an `abrasive` level - terry weave towels probably the most aggressive, micro fibre towel (due to its loops that grab and absorb liquids, which renders it far from perfect for the application of paint protection products, but ideal for wipe-down procedure as they absorb and or grabe oil `and/or surface debris like oxidized paint) and then a less aggressive material like the `lint free towels
