Hello, I am fairly new at this forum! I have a 2009 Metallic Silver Toyota Tacoma pick-up. I noticed that there are a few chips on the front wheel fenders, front bumper (plastic) and a couple on the hood. The sliver paint chips show black, does this mean the paint chip has gone as deep as the undercoat and metal? I can just use the manufacturer`s touch-up paint for this? I am pretty anal about my truck and looking at these chips is driving me crazy!

    Thanks

    Kev

I`ve had the best luck with DR Colorchip to repair chips and road rash.

Your local dealership will also sell touch up paint that is a match. Just last year I bought some for a 4Runner I had and it was PERFECT.
