If you see this, it looks better in person.

I used the 2 bucket method

    Zymol concentrated soap

    a chinelle wash mitt x2

    sprayed the car down

thoroughly washed the car with the mitt until about 1 foot below the door handles.

i used a different mitt to wash lower part.

after everything was all nice and soapy i sprayed teh car down BUT forgot to sheet off the water my hose at low pressure. >___<

to help dry the car i used some QD to reduce streaking and make a nice glaze. Next time, im going to get better microfiber towels. mine didnt do too well, mainly because they were used before.

    never the less.

    it turned out good

i also used some of my meguiars detail clay on the hood, headlights and taillights to remove bug guts and in-bedded dirt. i ran out of detail spray at that point.

Looks good. I assume you are pleased with it.

"Detailing" evolves as you gain more experience and try new products. It takes some patience (and time) to get to the point where it looks its best...don`t expect that overnight if you are just getting started with all of this. The weekly wash/maintainence is a hugely important piece of the "detailing" process, Ivan.

BTW, what happened to your wheel covers. Do your neighbors fuss about your use of the hose?
